    The Scenario:
    The client is involved in offshore accounting services. Its range of services includes bookkeeping services, payroll services and tax return services. Primary source of exchanging documents was email. Client was failing to create faith and was losing clients.

    The challenge:

    • Getting documents from 9000 miles smoothly and securely was the biggest problem.
    • Everybody wants to have their accounts handy so it was another challenge to securely host the accounts so that client’s customers can see their accounts anywhere, anytime.
    • The client wanted to penetrate deeper into the US market.
    • Ability to track project and employee performance.

    XtremeHeights provided turnkey solution and designed a global delivery model for the client, including:
    • Installation of in house servers based on Windows 2003 Server.
    • Implementing 128-Bit secure layer.
    • Creating a web based and role based project management application which tracks every activity of project including smooth and secure transfer of documents.
    • Creating a desktop application which interacts with a web service to track team activity.
    • Creating a secured FTP application for smooth and fast transfer of files from client’s machine to server.
    • Setup Remote Desktop Server so that client’s customer could access accounts from anywhere, anytime.

    • Project management application : ASP/MSSQL Server 2000
    • Timesheet application ASP.NET/VB.NET/MSSQL Server 2000
    • FTP application using VB.NET
